The easiest shoutbox i have ever used. However, i just tried it, so the viability is a no gurantee.
However the step is really simple as you do not need to sign up or anything.
Just copy and paste from this webpage
Go to your blog layout,
Add a gadget,
Choose HTML/JavaScript (Add third-party functionality or other code to your blog)
Paste and save there :)
Review your blog and there it is your new shoutbox!
